SAUERKRAUT TOAST with Egg

One large, whole egg contains approximately 6 to 7 grams of high-quality protein and pairs well with most sauerkraut varieties. If you’re looking for a plant-based alternative, Tofu contains 10 grams of protein per 0.5 cup. and works equally well on sauerkraut toast. GOLDEN TURMERIC SAUERKRAUT TOAST
INGREDIENTS
1-2 COOKED Eggs - Any Style
1 SLICE whole grain or GF bread
1 SLICE Cheese of your choice melted onto cooked eggs
2 TBSP Golden Sauerkraut
DIRECTIONS
Cook the egg in pan and when almost done, add cheese of your choice
Toast bread
Assemble One Egg onto one slice of whole grain or GF bread
Dress with sauerkraut and dive in :)
