How to make homemade swicy sauce with just two ingredients: Kres Kitchen fermented Hot Pepper Paste and maple syrup or honey. A quick and easy way to personalize sweet and spicy flavors to get that perfect level of heat.

Step-by-Step Instructions for Making Swicy Sauce:

  1. Place 1/2 cup maple syrup or raw honey into a glass vessel.

  2. Add 1 teaspoon of Kres Kitchen Wildfire Hot Pepper Paste and thoroughly mix.

  3. Taste test and adjust to your personal preferences:

    • For more spice add Wildfire Hot Pepper Paste in 1/4 teaspoon increments

    • For less heat add maple syrup or honey in 1 tablespoon increments

  4. Place swicy sauce in a glass vessel with a tight fitting lid, such as a canning jar, and store in the refrigerator for one week or more.
